Skin Reddening and Irritation

The timing of the skin changes depends on the course of treatment prescribed.  Your skin may become red, dry, or itchy throughout the treatment course, with the peak of the reaction occurring 7-14 days after the completion of treatment.  Your treatment team will advise you on taking care of your skin and you will find skin care instructions on the Personal Care During Treatment page on this website.
